About / The team

Senior builders. Working with your team.

Fleet of Geniuses brings strategy, engineering, and practical AI adoption into the same engagement. Justin and Jason lead the work, alongside the people who know your business.

Why FOG exists

Build useful systems. Help people do more with them.

Your team understands the customers, exceptions, and decisions that make the business work. Turning that knowledge into useful AI takes time, engineering, and room to learn.

We built FOG to help with all three. We sit with leadership, examine the evidence, build with internal owners, and help people develop the skills to run and improve what gets built.

The principals

Strategy and engineering stay in the same room.

The bench

A clear lead. The right people for the work.

Every engagement is led by Justin or Jason. We add senior contract engineers when the system needs more capacity or a specialized skill.

The team fits the work. You know who is leading the engagement, who is building, and how your own people will participate.

Working beliefs

What guides the work.

Useful in daily work.

Build around real inputs, actual users, and the decisions people need to make.

Start with context.

Learn from the people, customer evidence, and systems that already hold the business’s knowledge.

Build team capability.

Pair throughout the work and help internal owners learn to judge, run, and improve the result.

Make progress visible.

Show working releases, explain tradeoffs, and keep the next priorities clear.

Practitioner credentials

Experience you can verify.

Our team has completed Anthropic training, and both Justin and Jason hold the Claude Certified Architect - Foundations credential. Our client work applies that experience to agents, intelligence systems, and practical adoption of Claude Code.
